My weaving.

When we started school we were doing lots of art. The art that I'm writing about is weaving and we did three types of weaving. Our first one we did it in black and white the second one we did was with pastel then the last one we did was with water colours.

My gateway writing.

Fantails have 16 different other Maori names.

I chose the fantail because I like how they have their feathers coming out and their feathers are my favourite colour,  black and white.

My Haiku poem.

This is my haiku poem we went around the school taking photos of what we think is Autumn. So my group and i went around and looked at some trees and leaves and a lot of things. This is the one i write and put a photo.

We were looking at celebrations all over the world. My group got China so we tried to find out as many celebrations in China as we could.

My story.

I put my blindfold on and then i raced down the hill as slow as a snail

Went some steps so slow.

It was weird when Ben and Fabian said left but they meant right then bang i hit the something.
I said to them why did you not say right " i don't know they said ".

We got to the end we all went inside and said one word to describe how it felt.
We got weird, scary, slow walking, sour and funny.

My Goals for 2017.

1. I want to get better at reading, by not just reading at school by reading at home to.

2. I want to get better at spelling, by reading a book and looking for words that i don’t know and write them

over and over so i can get to know those words.

3. I want to get better at writing, by writing in paragraphs.

4. I want to get better at maths, by practicing my diveshern.

5. I want to get better at art, by sketching more or panting.
